The Strength and Conditioning Coach for Women's Basketball designs and implements the strength and conditioning program; conducts and monitors the strength and conditioning program; assists with rehabilitation of injured athletes; manages the strength and conditioning facility and assists the players and the team as needed. This position will report to the Associate AD for Student-Athlete Health and Performance. Job Responsibilities: Develop programs by evaluating current physical conditioning, having a knowledge of the sport and associated exercises, tailoring the strength program for specific needs, demonstrating proper performance of exercises, correcting mistakes in athletes Conduct daily monitoring and maintain other player
