The Department of Kinesiology is housed in the College of Health, Education, and Social Transformation on the vibrant campus of New Mexico State University. The department has an undergraduate enrollment of approximately 575 majors, and a graduate enrollment of approximately 40 between the Master’s program in Athletic Training and the Ph.D. program in Kinesiology. Faculty are research active in exercise physiology, motor behavior, physical education pedagogy, sport and exercise psychology, and biomechanics.
