Athletic Trainer, Full Time, Orthopedic Surgery, Rockaway
Responsible for working directly with the medical team comprising of medical doctors, orthopedic surgeons and functional medicine doctors. Provides emergency care and crises management for sport related injuries. Coordinates care for athletes with the rehabilitation team. Principal Accountabilities:1. Delivers treatment and care to patients under the supervision of the physician. 2. Promotes, develops, and implements safety and injury prevention measures.3. Provides appropriate injury assessment and care, making referrals to other treatment providers as appropriate.4.
