The Department of Health, Human Performance, and Recreation (HHPR) in Robbins College of Health and Human Sciences at Baylor University invites applications for a full-time lecturer position starting in August 2025. This position is a 10-month appointment during the academic year. Teaching opportunities during summer may be available depending on student demand. Full-time lecturers are eligible to progress toward the rank of Senior Lecturer and Teaching Professor. Salary is commensurate with experience and qualifications.

Qualifications:

A terminal degree is preferred, but applicants with a master’s degree and significant teaching experience are encouraged to apply. Demonstrated excellence in teaching is required. The successful candidate will primarily teach foundational courses in HHPR, including, but not limited to, Human Anatomy, Human Physiology, and Anatomical Kinesiology. The ability to teach other courses related to Exercise Science is appreciated.
