Summary: The Orthopaedic Surgery Inpatient Service is growing at WMCHealth in Valhalla, NY. We are seeking specialty trained Physician Assistants (PAs) to join our 1st assist and inpatient service teams. In this position, the PAs work alongside experienced physician and advanced practice providers (APPs) colleagues both surgically and medically managing a variety of orthopaedic inpatients, adult and pediatric, during their hospital course. APPs are integral members of our department and clinical care teams that provide comprehensive care in a multitude of orthopaedic subspecialties including trauma, sports medicine, hand, joint replacement, spine surgery, musculoskeletal oncology, pediatric orthopedic surgery and foot and ankle surgery.
