SUMMARY: The Physical Therapy & Sports Medicine Department is growing and adding an insurance reimbursement position full time. Skills indicated include medical terminology and familiarity with insurance, medical billing, ability to multi-task with attention to detail is crucial. Friendly customer service skills and comfort when interacting on the phone and in person with our patients is an integral component to help them understand their insurance coverage for therapy services. Familiarity with rehabilitation services would be another component to support the needs of this position. Schedule is anticipated to be a Tuesday-Friday role. Anticipated schedule details: Tuesday 8:30am-6pm, Wednesday 6:15am- 4:45pm, Thursday 7:30am-6pm, Fridays 6:30am- 6pm. No weekends, no major holidays
