Seeking an exemplary nurse practitioner or physician assistant to join a collaborative team at Providence Medford Medical Clinic - Stewart Meadows. The clinic features a primary care medical home setting and offers the opportunity to work with a multidisciplinary team that includes embedded pharmacy, psychology, case management, and diabetes educator. - Full-time paneled position; outpatient care only
- Monday to Friday schedule; daytime hours
- No call
- Newer clinic space with on-site urgent care, sports medicine, physiatry, lab, x-ray, CT, and ultrasound
