Our Office We are a well-established and busy office with four providers offering patients a total healthcare solution focused on Sports and Family Medicine. We routinely see a 50/50 split of primary care and sports medicine appointments and our patient population tends to be quite active and healthy. Our practice was established in 1999 and we have expanded our practice by doubling our office space including a state of the art procedure room, an ancillary testing room and an executive physical suite.
