Certified Athletic Trainer PRN Days Position Summary Under the general supervision of a licensed MD, in compliance with legal aspects of patient care, the NATA Guidelines, and according to established policies and procedures, evaluates injuries and develops and administers established treatment plans for injured athletes. In collaboration with the Sports Medicine Program director and the Supervisor of Outpatient Rehabilitation develops sports performance, injury prevention and rehabilitation programs. The athletic trainer will be able to perform the following functions; assessment, treatment, reconditioning, and rehabilitation of injuries as set forth by the NATA Certification (BOC).
