The Kinesiotherapist (KT Clinical Specialist) provides in-home rehabilitation therapy assessments, home safety evaluations, treatment planning and administration, and management of rehabilitation, training and education in the home for patients of the Northern Arizona Veterans Health Care System Home Based Primary Care (HBPC) Program, which involves in-home services to Veterans with varying degrees of highly complex physical, psychological and/or physiological disorders.
