Description:

Fully responsible for the strategic planning, operational management, and development, implementation, and oversight of all programs and services of the Wellness Center. Responsible for growing and retaining the Wellness Center membership base, developing new programs, managing retail sales, creating marketing plans, developing non-dues revenue, developing and controlling operating/capital budgets, and managing integration with clinical services.

Qualifications:

Degrees: Bachelors Licenses & Certifications: Basic Life Support Additional Qualifications: One of the following Nationally accredited fitness certifications required: ACSM, NSCA, ACE, NASM, AFPA, NFPT, NESTA Minimum Required Experience: 2
