The WorkStrong Program Director leads a large team of professionals to assist Worker’s Compensation Employees decrease health risks by engaging in physical activity and healthy dietary practices. Develops long term plans to build and maintain program success. Coordinates appointments and ensures that clients follow the program, helping them overcome obstacles and setting the stage for their long term success once the program is completed. Meets for strategic planning of program development and provides summary records of program success to UC Office of the President, Human Resources/Workers Compensation, Occupational Health Doctors, and other campus and medical center departments.
