In this exciting full time or part time role, you will manage injured athletes while acting as a liaison between the athlete, coaches, parents, administrators and any other professionals (MD, DO, EMS, etc.). Additionally, you will assist the Athletic Training staff with providing medical care, prevention, rehabilitation and comprehensive athletic training services, along with other duties assigned by the Head Athletic Trainer and/or the Senior Associate Director of Athletics for High Performance.
Part Time is 20 hours/week
Experience as an Athletic Trainer preferred.
Experience with the medical care of collegiate student-athletes required
Experience in collegiate setting as a Certified Athletic Trainer required.
Bachelor's degree from National Athletic Trainers Association (NATA)-approved curriculum or internship program required. Master's degree preferred.
D1 collegiate athletic experience preferred.
Board of Certification for the Athletic Trainer (BOC)-certified and Pennsylvania state license (or eligible for immediate licensure in Pennsylvania) required.
Provider BLS (American Heart Association/American Red Cross) required.
