About University of Montana
The School of Integrative Physiology and Athletic Training (IPAT) is a unit within the College of Health. Undergraduate areas of emphasis include: Exercise Science (Applied and Pre-professional), Sports Medicine, Pre-Athletic Training, and Applied Human Physiology. IPAT offers the M.S. degree in Exercise Science, M.A.T in Athletic Training and Ph.D. in Integrative Physiology and Rehabilitation Sciences. IPAT houses multiple research facilities including the Human Performance Laboratory, Biomechanics Laboratory, the Montana Center for Work Physiology and Exercise Metabolism, Clinical Biomechanics and Athletic Training Laboratory, and the Montana Youth Sports Safety Institute.
