Assistant Professor of Exercise Science
The Department of Health and Exercise Science at Appalachian State University invites applications for a tenure track Assistant Professor position, beginning August 2022. Duties include teaching undergraduate and graduate core courses in the Exercise Science program. Courses may include physiological assessment, anatomy and physiology, exercise physiology, and exercise prescription. Other responsibilities include conducting and maintaining an active line of research and mentoring undergraduate and graduate students in research and scholarly activities. In addition, participating in service activities for the department, university, community and professional organizations is expected.
