Medical Staff Coordinator Full Time Days Scottsdale Campus Coordinates activities related to medical staff services and may provide limited supervision and/or shift supervision related to office and clerical functions. Coordinates the application process to meet the regulation requirements of the facility, Medical Staff Bylaws, JCAHO Standards, and other applicable regulatory agencies. Assists with administrative needs of the Medical Staff. Responsible for maintaining confidentiality with respect to all Medical Staff. Provides support for the Information Management Systems.
Special Skills: Possess effective professional business written and verbal communication skills. Demonstrated leadership and self-motivation. Requires independent problem solving and decision making abilities; cope with interruptions, varying personalities, rush projects, irregular hours and demanding personalities. Must be proficient with computer word processing, data entry, and database management. Ability to operate all office equipment. Ability to organize and professionally manage demanding workload.
Minimum Education: High School Diploma or equivalent GED.
Preferred Education: Associates Degree
Minimum Experience: One to three years of administrative/clinical experience
Preferred Experience: Two years credentialing experience
